Quick roof fix

Few weeks ago we had leak problems from the strong rains causing leaks and short circuits. Even the ceiling was grounded, so I kept that outlet switch sealed.
So, now they finally sealed it but they forgot to paint it. Fact is that they were supposed to replaced it and get rid of the surrounding termites, but they didn't.
Anyways, I missed that carpenter who built our commercial space, who always clean after his work. Well, were putting up with what we have.

Our roof leaks as well

I know exactly how you feel. I see that they forgot to paint it. At least it got sealed so you won't have anymore leak problems. I booked a builder that does handyman work and roofing. He gave the back of my bungalow a new fascia. He went on to do the same to the side of my bungalow. He sorted out the roofing at the back of my bungalow. I showed him by pointing an area of the roof which was damaged two years ago. Another builder mended it and then I had my kitchen decorated. Have a lovely day.

Hello @maximax8 Right now the only thing i want fix is the roof and it's foundation which is crippling.

That's not good at all if they didn't get rid of the termites.
