Maybe there are beaches across the world that is actually open minded but not in boracay. For me, she was lucky that the cops found her. But I don't know why she was fined, i wonder if they got rules forbidding the string bikini. Maybe they should for their own good. Seriously, she could have been raped or harassed. Have a nice day

For me it’s still a scandal. No one wears like that there even those foreign people. Hers was too scandalous.

Wow things are very different in your country. Here everyone wears string bikinis. No one should have to worry about being raped due to how they dress. Men who are crazy are the ones who rape people.
