That was a sudden anger outrage. I couldn't control myself amd ended up shouting badly at my son all because the room was badly cluttered with toys. .. This might be because I was too tired all through the day. And I regretted doing this later on. Do you lose control over your self when you are angry?

Don't feel too badly about your anger. I've had anger outrages too. You might want to apologize to you son and explain that Dad was tired all day and that you regretted shouting at him about his mess. With my outrages I usually end up throwing something. My most recent one was on Wednesday when my cell phone wouldn't work and I couldn't make a call. The cell phone company made a mistake and cut off my service for non payment and it's a free cell phone! I worked hard to keep my temper when I finally was able to speak to a human rather than a computer. I needed to contact my husband so he could pick me up so we could get to our next appointment on time. The lady I spoke to was a real ditz (air head) but we finally got it straightened out and my service isn't supposed to expire until November 2020. She turned my phone back on and I made my call and got to the next appointment with 30 seconds to spare. I was ready to throw that cell phone in the middle of the street and let the cars run it over!!!

@amitkokiladitya Ha ha it is a universal thing we all throw everything at times in anger but than repent the loss of the item and our loss of temper too.

I don't blame you, sometimes it takes an outburst like that for a child to clean up his mess, I hope he cleaned up his room and that you feel better now.

@BearArtistLady that is related to your work so its ok. The problem is when the kids keep messing up adding toys without keeping back the one they would never use again

@amitkokiladitya, @rebelann Sometimes we make messes and leave them because we will be using the things again. You would go crazy in my home with my bear making supplies all over the place because they are always being used. Today the real fur comes out and I will be cutting out real fur (recycled mink) teddy bears. The floor looks like I've been shaving cats but I won't vacuum it until tomorrow or Monday when I finish cutting out bears. It's just the way I work. I always clean up afterwards...mostly.

I cant even tell you how many times I loose my temper at my kid for almost everything. If the bed is not made, clothes are on the floor, books not in place and I can go on and on. Worst is the regret one feels after we cool down but we need to be strict with them.

Yes...that is a parent instinct. I have seen casual parents having the most ruthless kids
