What a weird movie! It's a fantasy about two young brothers who are living a pathetic life. The younger recalls the "UFO death Cult" they had both been a part of years before after they receive a old video cassette from one of the members and he talks his older brother into revisiting it. There is some misunderstanding about the meaning of the talk of "ascension", a weird tug of war game, a red flower all the members seem to be smoking, a physics equation, a buoy, a tool box, triple moons, and a continuous time loop. Do the two get out? Ya, it was really weird. Aaron Moorhead and Justin Benson directed it, acted in it and produced it. Their latest movie is "Synchronic" about two New Orleans paramedics whose lives become unraveled after they encounter several horrible deaths that are linked to a designer drug which has bizarre and otherworldly effects.
