It is said that eating an egg a day is OK especially to children as it is helpful on their nutritional requirements. But for adult who already has cardiovascular diseases, they should limit the number of intake. I often heard this joke before that it’s not good to let school children to eat egg often because it will make them dull and would get 0 score during tests because the egg is round. Of course there is no truth on this. Egg as we know is very useful in our cooking— from savory dishes to bake goodies it could turn a delicious treat that most of us would love. Eggs are not only delicious, but healthy. They are high in cholesterol though.

I've always believed that a real egg was healthier than something made in a laboratory.

@ZedSmart I always heard eating breakfast is the most important meal of the day but not an egg a day. I have a hard boiled egg or deviled eggs on Friday, Saturday and at times on Sundays.
