. . . whether or not I'll be able to eat it is an entirely different matter. I've had such issues with eating (and keeping it down) the past few months. I'm physically fine but emotionally and mentally stressed beyond belief and that is manifesting itself in food issues.
At least I have it cooked and can bring it for lunch tomorrow. . . if I can eat it then.

@NJChicaa Don't let it get to you. Life is what it is, and it is what you make of it. You cannot control the past. But you CAN control the future. The past is not worth dwelling on or caring about. Just move forward and think about the future. Life is way too short to care about things you cannot change or cannot control.

I hope things improve for you.
It's tough dealing with the emotional issues, and the the physical manifestation on top of that is just like icing on the cake.

You are doing good to try to eat Chicaa. I hope you got some good nourishment, you need it. It is hard to eat when feeling that way.
