Well I've cooked my dinner. . .

. . . whether or not I'll be able to eat it is an entirely different matter. I've had such issues with eating (and keeping it down) the past few months. I'm physically fine but emotionally and mentally stressed beyond belief and that is manifesting itself in food issues. At least I have it cooked and can bring it for lunch tomorrow. . . if I can eat it then.

Well, I hope you have seen a doctor at least to find out what is going on. Hope you at least enjoy whatever you made.

It is just stress from the divorce and the aftermath.

@NJChicaa Don't let it get to you. Life is what it is, and it is what you make of it. You cannot control the past. But you CAN control the future. The past is not worth dwelling on or caring about. Just move forward and think about the future. Life is way too short to care about things you cannot change or cannot control.

I hope that you can keep it down. You have been thru so much, I am not surprised. Eat slow, and easy and rest afterwards.

@NJChicaa You have to stay nourished, and you are an intelligent girl and know that. Have you tried going with light food, like maybe soups so that you can keep it down?

@Juliaacv nothing seems appealing. Some days I can't even keep oatmeal down.

I hope things improve for you. It's tough dealing with the emotional issues, and the the physical manifestation on top of that is just like icing on the cake.

When we're stressed out, digestion actually becomes hard work.

You are doing good to try to eat Chicaa. I hope you got some good nourishment, you need it. It is hard to eat when feeling that way.
