Have you experience waking up coz some parts of your body are aching?

Time check it’s 1:12 AM and it’s Friday here now.
I’m already sleeping when I accidentally hit with my pillow my left leg and it hurts pretty bad. I forgot that it’s still hurting. Now, I’m rubbing the pain while myLotting.
Also, I heard from my open room in the living room that it’s raining hard. It’s always been like this every night. Which helps me to sleep better, hopefully in awhile.
I am not in the mood to watch movie tonight. The one that I’m waiting to become HD is Angel has Fallen, it’s still on CAM and the resolution is too pixy. Anyway, I will try to catch up here.

Sometimes I wake up because of "Charley horse" pain. I have to stretch my legs out and point my toes towards my head.
Would ice help your pain?

@JustBhem Charlie horse is a term we in the West use to describe severe muscle cramps.

I sleep good when it rain. I always wake to some kind of pain.

@JustBhem ya I guess that does it sometimes. Since my heart surgery I have chronic pain.

I used to wake up because of pain in my hips, but acupuncture cured that problem. Now I just wake up when my bladder is full.

Yes I do sometimes I wake with my condition but luckily I have meds for it.

At any time, I will have pain from something in my body I have mostly learned to live with it. Except when I have bad leg cramps.

I sometimes dream my leg is aching and eventually the pain of my 'real' leg wakes me up.
