The post wind storm forest

There were a lot of debris on the path and several trees that had been chainsawed out of the way.
We had winds Monday that were gusting around 40 miles per hour.
Anyway, fun walking through the forest and relaxing!
What did you do on Saturday to relax?

@DocAndersen We also had damages in the forest area. I have seen that they came to chop the fallen trees.

y'all must've weak trees coz 'round these parts we call that a 'breezy day'. hope nobody suffered much damage/injuries from such.
saturday i lived'n the loo. a bonus from crohn's.

sorry about the tough day saturday. I often wonder, we lose a lot of trees almost every single wind storm.

@DocAndersen thanks, hon. this too shall pass. like a kidney stone with no meds, but it'll pass.
these're naturally grasslands where i reside. our trees're human planted 'n whilst they grow a tad funny from time to time (ya can tell the severity 'f winds 's they'd gotten growth due to the bent shapes, lol). i reckon such makes 'em a bit tougher. i lose branches from time to time'n weak trees i should'a ne'er 'greed to let the hubs plant (poplars, cottonwoods 'n silver maples), but 90mph straightline winds 've yet to take 'em out.
