They should get a new number

Philippines

We've ran out of water and wanted a refill. Unfortunately, I couldn't contact them. So I went there and the delivery guy recognizes me and inquired for his new number. Wish I had a back up water refill station to call to, their contact nos are so unreliable. If only tap water can be drink around here, we don't have a filter on our faucets. I wonder if the filters are lesser expensive than refilling containers.

We bought a water filter to be assured of clean water. The water station here delivered dirty water one time so that is the end.

Hello @Alexandoy Didn't you chose other water refilling station? what did you do? i could have asked for a free refill as compensation if it was me.

@Letranknight2015 we have tried almost all refilling stations here. The usual problem is the very late delivery that sometimes takes more than a day or 2. We have been using the filter for 3 years now and it's pretty good, no hassle.

It's very cheap to buy water from refilling station compared to buy your own water purifying gadget but however it's very convenient.

Hello @Nakitakona Then if you don't have containers and water supply get cuts out, that could be a problem. Maybe this is just a minor problem at least it's 2 1/2$ cheap.

When we shifted to this house we took refilling can for some time. But then we fit water purifier. It is convenient though money wise it is not much difference.

Hello @arunima25 I thought we could just clean the containers ourselves, maybe I'll just stick to the containers for now.

@Letranknight2015 These water purifiers need regular servicing and periodic change of filters.

I think tap water can be boiled and it is good to drink... I hope they will keep their number steadily since it is for business...

That would either take gas or electric consumption depending on your stove. They were new 2 years ago and I'm glad I chose to stick to them.
