Does change of place affect the sleep pattern?

For me, it's YES. The change of place really affect my sleep pattern. If I'm in my home, I'll usually go to sleep at around 10 or 10:30 pm. And I used to wake up around 6:30 am .This is my regular sleep timings. But when I'm in my relatives house, the sleep timing changes because of the different environment and thus affects the sleep pattern. I tend to sleep later and thus I wake up later, till I get used to that environment. Does change of place affect the sleep pattern? Image courtesy: Google

I too go through the same experience. I take time to get used to a new room and bed.

yes for me it does. When my fiance visits, or if I go to visit him, my sleeping pattern changes because he stays up later than I do.

We have a term called Namamahay which means you are missing home so you couldn't sleep well.

It can sometimes. But if I'm really tired, then I'll sleep fine. Most of the time, I can sleep pretty much anywhere. But there are still times, when I won't sleep too well when I'm not home.

I guess so. Usually, if it is my first time to sleep in one place I cannot sleep well...

You're right. There's no place like home. I feel comfortable sleeping at home than other places.
