Got this one almost done today...

I worked a bit on eBay today--and I have this auction description/etc. almost finished--I just need to figure out the size of the box and the weight it will be and stuff so that I can get the shipping squared away.
This is one of the many "knick nacks" my mother had that was given to her by a friend. It is a Willits brand figurine by artist Ann Dezendorf. It features a little Amish girl having a picnic/tea with her teddy. The words on the base say:
"True friends are forever".
It's nice to know that this will be done by the weekend so it will be ready to put up for sale on eBay. Hopefully I can get one or two more auctions ready by the weekend.

that's good...i guess, but i don't think i could stand selling something that my mom was given by someone if she kept it for a long time.

It's not that old at all, and I honestly don't even know who gave this to her. It's not sentimental to me--there are other things in the house that remind me much more of my mother.
