The 16th artist made a final cut-out painting of the place, "LA CARLOTA CITY" with a landmark painted in every letter.
As pointed out in Murals 15, "Let's go, La Carlota" is the battle cry of the mayor and the Mangkasanon or La Carloteños towards attainment of success if they do cooperate.
If they work together, cooperate and support their city, they'll have a burgeoning and progressive city.
Let's go, La Carlota!
And Let's go to La Carlota.
