Do I Need to do this?

I mean purchasing a memorial lot in advance. The idea popped up when I see the ad of a memorial park here and I think that it is not a bad idea. The lot is cheaper if I pay it in cash although almost double when I pay it in installment within five years. It’s going to be a preparation to something that will surely happen sooner or later. I also believe that its price will be higher compare to say for instance 10 or 20 years from now. If I’m going to buy it today or avail the plan, it would not be a burden to the people I left when my time on Earth will be over.

That's good. At least, it wouldn't be a problem to the family left because it's already prepared,

@ZedSmart yes, that is true. We also bought life plans so our children will have no problem anymore. I think it is practical to do that

I plan on getting cremated, so for now I dont want to think about it. But go with it if it's a good plan.

That's a good option too. I think at this time, maybe because I never heard another offer of the same from other memorial park. And in the coming years, the price will change for sure.

I want to be cremated and I want that my ashes are dispersed, I do not need a memorial lot.

Last week we bought 2 more vaults in a classy columbarium. We already have 2 where 1 is occupied by the ashes of my parents and the other 1 is vacant. So we now have 4 - 1 occupied and 3 vacant.

It’s a very good idea. We bought ours last year just so our children wouldn’t have to deal with it when the time comes.

I think I would go for the plan because it's not that heavy to the pocket.

That sounds like a good idea - it will be good to do this so that your relatives won't have to.

Very true. Especially that it will cost to the family left not to mention the other expenses to be incurred.

It is a good idea but it is up to you if you do that now for later use.

Yes, because there would be a big difference in the current price.
