Nothing much going on. The brush hoggers have completed a second cutting of the yard. They said no extra charge; so we shall see.
My husband needs to call the contractor to empty out the house now that he's decided on one. I'm starting to lose patience.
We still have to get the ceilings and the one wall repaired. It hasn't rained enough to see if cleaning out the gutters helped dry out the room off the garage.
Will update you as soon as and IF anything happens!

No. The room is at ground level off the garage and water gets into that room. The waterproofer said that if, after the gutters were cleaned, we still had water getting in, that we need additional work done on the house.

@DocAndersen Really? We didn't go into Portland proper. We did take a wide berth around Boston because I hear that the traffic there is horrendous. Ever been to Boston MA? Glad you had some good weather.

The weather in Maine was nicer than the weather in DC.
Oh yeah and driving around in rush hour in Portland maine, no traffic!
