Sometimes less is more

We watched a good movie called, "I'll See You in my Dreams" with Blythe Danner and Sam Elliot (he's still a hottie at his age!). I won't give away the story, but it's good if you get a chance to see it. Blythe Danner was probably in her 70's in the movie and she's still a very attractive lady. We noticed that in the scenes where she had on her makeup, she looked good, but in the scenes where she had very little makeup on, she looked even better. We have a friend who's the same way. I wish she knew how much prettier she could be with less makeup. I've learned that as we age, less is often more. When a girl is young, certain makeup can make her look older, maybe more glamorous, but when she is past a certain age, using less makeup will make her look younger. And that age is different for every woman. What do you think?
