I liked old Rudy on Survivor! I was pulling for him to squeeze out a victory. Sad news to hear of his passing.

Me too.He knew some oof the secrets of the show,like it was really okay to drink the water even though you're supposed to be able to make fire before you could.

@Aquitaine24 There's a lot of "fakeness" to that show that people don't know about. One of my former co-workers, Gina Crews, was on season 4 of Survivor. She told us lots of good stories about what you don't see on the camera.

@moffittjc I think Rudy mentioned somethuing like that.he had stated he should really be the 1st to be eliminated because he thought it should literally be about who could survive in various conditions,without the alliances ,immunityand stuff like that.

Yes, I read that. I can't believe so much time has passed since the first Survivor season. He was a popular contestant and appeared again on survivor All-Stars. The oldest person to appear on Survivor.
