We all have problems and stresses in life, but you know what can help us experience some positivity? Helping other people with their problems. I know it sounds absurd that you are helping someone yet you need help too, but that act produces some positivity and motivation that will make us find solutions to our problems easily. I love the song 'carry your candle' by Kathy Troccoli. She says that there is a candle in every soul, some brightly burning and some dark and cold. Our duty is to help others by lighting their candles. Lighting other people's candles involves giving motivation, encouraging them and being generous with what we have.
