I grew up in a buddhist atmosphere, but I'm not a buddhist,Buddhism teaches people not to eat the meat of animals,so I always think eating meat is wrong,Every time I eat meat, I feel guilty. Is there any way to correct this thought?

I can understand if that's how you were raised, but I believe God gives us animals and plants for food. A lot of people are vegetarians and that's perfectly fine, but I don't feel guilty eating meat. That doesn't mean I want animals to be mistreated.

@aotomi Me too but I rarely eat it as I have a hard time digesting it.

Eating meat is as natural to humans as it is to all predatory animals. The guilt you feel is based on what others have told you but your body knows what it needs. Change your belief systems and change your world.
