Thankful for performance opportunity

Hi My Lot,
Tonight my dance friend and I will go and perform a belly dance duet at a middle east restaurant. I did this last year at the same event, only I did a solo.
Usually the restaurant features dancers on the weekends, but the type of belly dance performed is only one style (there are many styles of bellydance) and the dancers they hire on a regular basis, well, let's just say that they all seem to look the same. (Like a Barbie doll).. but tonight is one of the Belly Dance club's open stage nights. This means many different dancers and groups of dancers will perform. Many different styles (and bodies) will be represented.
It will be fun. I'm thankful that this hobby has blessed me with the opportunity to perform

It was awesome, thanks. :-) Originally I wanted to dance, but being homeschooled, no one to dance with. So I found bellydance on tv - and thought that here is my big chance since you don't need a partner :-)

Thanks! Yeah - usually I for performance I will do a bunch of make up. (This photo was at a rehearsal) Make up is fun, isn't it?

@FayeHazel Good that you enjoyed performing. I like all kinds of dance. My elder daughter is in Indian classical dance form called Bharatnatyam.

I think belly dancing is difficult lots of coordination with body movements.
