Here goes the wait. Power went off suddenly and I do not have power delay system so my remaining transaction to online banking facility was cut-off also instantly. I’m still thankful because the only remaining task before the power went off is the print-out of the completed payment. At about not more than 15 minutes, the power resumed only then my access was put on hold for 20 minutes for the reason that I did not properly log-out the account.

It is good that nothing happened more than that.

Yes, but I think that it's some kind of protection that's why.

This is required for tax payment.

It would be a disaster if the power outage is in the wrong timing of the transaction?

@ZedSmart we also do online banking and payments. I hope there would be no power outage while making a transaction.

I don't know what will happen. I just thankful that it's not during the time that I was authorizing the payment.

That sounds so frustrating, and yet another reason why I don’t feel comfortable with technology.

@ZedSmart That’s true. I still prefer waiting in line at the bank or making telephone transfers.

If we're just the one to be follow, we would to choose to pay it over the counter at bank rather than this. Although, this makes easier for us without to suffer the long queue, we also have to deal some disadvantages.

Some banks automatically logs out its users for inactivity. I think this bank does not.

I did not notice that because usually, after authorizing the payment of the tax filed I log-out immediately.
