It is so easy to buy things online and get them delivered to your door. However, it is not healthy to become a compulsive shopper. Experts think that online shopping if done in excess, can result in mental illness which has been termed Buying Shopping Disorder or BSD. The research was done on 122 patients with this disorder. As a result, it seems that about five percent of the world population might be suffering from BSD. It appears that younger people are more prone to developing this disorder and experience higher levels of anxiety and depression. BSD shows people with signs of spending overly excessive amounts of money on things they don’t really need. In turn, they begin hoarding things and never seem to have enough. They wind up broke and in debt. BSD can also lead to divorces, broken relationships, and end up with mental illness.

Oh gosh I think I am getting this ! Haha I know it can be a bad thing but when it’s stuff you need it’s not so bad and convenient on time not having to go to the store and deal with lines and people
