I've been watching the hearings

I'm not turning this into a political discussion.
I don't even really want to talk about what I think of them. I will say this though, I'll be glad when the hearings are over.
Many of you here know where I stand politically on this.
The hearings are the main reason why I haven't made a "What I am doing now" type discussion. I've been watching them the past few days, and sneaking in moments to read "The dollhouse" by Fiona Davis.
I've also been doing the regular domestic stuff that one does.

I haven't paid attention to them at all. The streaming music app that we use has mentioned it briefly. But I wasn't really paying attention.

I try to watch most of it, but sometimes I have to just stop listening to it. I listen to recaps on it though.

@thislittlepennyearns Haha, not gonna lie, not very good at recaps. Basically, Trump did a quid pro quo, and the Republicans on the committee were ridiculous and are holding Trump's hand basically.
Nunes (minority chair) asked Lev Parnas (tied to Trump) to help with investigations (not sure which exactly) so yea, it's all a big mess.

I wasn't actually aware of that until just a few minutes ago. For some reason I thought there would be another on Tuesday.

@NJChicaa Wolf Blitzer was just got reporting that says they are hoping to hold the full house vote for impeachment in the next few weeks. Though, I think we all expected that anyway.

Apparently, today was the last public hearing. I believe they are now hoping to hold a vote before Christmas Day.

@sweetashoney Later last night, I saw an interview from one of the Intelligence Committee Rep's that said they may hold another public hearing, that he wasn't going to rule that out, but that it was ultimately at the discretion of Adam Schiff.

I agree, it's good to be aware of what's going on not only Nationally but Internationally.
