Illness strikes our house!

Yesterday my granddaughter came home from school feeling ill. She had a cough, headache and was nauseous. This is terrible timing because we are due to visit a trampoline park tomorrow and she is taking two friends. The trip is already paid for and wasn't cheap so I'm hoping if she stays home today she will feel better in the morning.
Now all I have to worry about is not catching it myself. There seems to be a bug going around that is affecting adults and kids alike. Wish me luck!

I'm ok it's just Teagan. She's better than she was yesterday but coughing a lot. Hopefully a good night's sleep will sort her out.

@LadyDuck She was fine today. We went to the trampoline park and she and her friends had a great time. She has one of them staying over tonight.

Take vitamin C to boost your immune system. That way you won't be able to catch the virus. Cough is airborne and could easily contaminate anyone with not enough immune system.

@toniganzon I did as a child and I think I still do. She's been coughing since last Friday and I was sitting in a car with two of them coughing on Saturday but so far so good so fingers crossed.
