I got this about 2 months ago on a website where majority of everything is 1$ and this was 1$. It is to help remove lipstick I find it useful for the really good lipsticks that are hard to take off It is a little oily but I think that’s what helps break down the lipstick to remove Have you heard of this before ? Would you use it ?

i don't use any cosmetic products. the only thing I use is this dove baby powder.
