Be a leader not follower

Leader is the one who leads the way in any thing that he does, the follower just copies the leader. Leader sees the interest of others along with self interest in anything he does follower just sees self interest. we find these leaders and followers in every field of life. A leader lady cooking at home does so with all the interest so that members of the family would be happy, a follower lady does so only because she has no other alternative. A leader worker in the office or factory works hard and sees in the interest of the office or factory before his own interest, Followers just sees his own interest. This morning I was at barbers shop to have an hair cut. I was impressed by the way he was doing his work whether it was haircut or trimming the mustache or removing the hair from nose and ear he was doing it as if his life is attached to it. This despite being the owner of 2-3 shops and having number of workers under him. This is the reason why he could own 2-3 shops starting just as a worker a few years back coming from some other state. He is a leader in real terms. Have you come across any such personality
