The Turtles - Happy Together

The Turtles, an American rock band, was formed in 1965. They had several Top 40 hits; but their biggest and best known single was "Happy Together". It replaced the Beatles song "Penny Lane" as #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Disillusioned with the label and its financial difficulties, the band broke up in 1970. In 1983 lead vocalists Kaylan and Volman legally regained the name "The Turtles" and began touring as The Turtles...Featuring Flo and Eddie. The band was active from 1965-1970 and 1983 to present.

Dang Garry Shandling ruined this song for me when he had the Turtles sing his theme song one night, similar to “Happy Together.” Now I keep hearing “this is the theme to Garry’s show, so happy together” when I hear this song. 
I guess it's technically Flo & Eddie performing the opening theme song to It's Garry Shandling's Show in this episode of the great Fox sitcom.
