It’s Cold Here

I think it’s safe to say winter has arrived in NorCal, the winds are picking up, and the weather is a bit rainy with a chance of snow. I am grateful for the rain though because we definitely need it, but I’m staying indoors today, because tomorrow I have an appointment at the DMV as long as there’s no snow, so I can get my real id.
Friday my cousin is coming by about the truck, and the trip likely as well, to say I am excited is beyond an understatement lol!
I added a little more to my word count for Nano, I hope to make my goal, but being sick definitely put a damper on things.

@Michellekidwell Many people in my area insist that they must drive over the Cascade mountain pass to get to their family's Thanksgiving table. I refuse. Its snowing up there.

@enlightenedpsych2 Thanks. The wind kept down. Its been a tough week but we got through. The temps have warmed a little above freezing during the day so that helps.
