The snow has arrived

Hello everyone on Wednesday! How’s it going? I got to work extra early on accident, but I gave myself plenty of time to get to work, but first pick up my car and shovel myself out. I am SO happy I decided to get the AWD version of this car I was looking at. It handles like a boss! I’ve never had a car that handles winter weather well. Apparently we got 8.5 inches of snow here in Minneapolis. That feels about right. I got all the shoveling around the house done, and baked some sweet potatoes while walking on the treadmill. It’s heavy and wet snow here, so the shoveling was an additional workout! Main roads are mostly clear but with some patches of clunky ice. We shall see what happens when the temps drop more, if it will turn into a skating rink out there. Hopefully not. So today I am Thankful for my vehicle, a safe commute to work, and everything else in between! How’s the weather looking where you are?
