Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

Thanksgiving will be celebrated in the United States tomorrow. A big event is the Macy's Parade.
Since 1924 this parade has been held in New York. But with the current windy weather in New York, they are not sure if the balloons will be able to fly. That will be a bummer.
I have always watched this parade every year. I hope it will go as usual. Many behind the scenes put a lot of work and time into putting on this amazing parade.
De you watch the parade? If so, do you have a favorite character or float?
Will the weather let Astronaut Snoopy "launch."

Parades are difficult to stage. That means I really commend the organizers and all the participants in the parade.
We have a Lantern Parade at the University of the Philippines every December. It's university tradition.
None like your parades in America. Very admirable.

I think we might have watched it as children but I don't remember anything about it. I am asleep in Japan while it is going on!
I used to march with high school marching band in our city parades. I really enjoyed it!

I very rarely watch it; but I have it on as I MyLot. Snoopy would be a favorite. Happy Thanksgiving!

I do if I can catch it on YouTube bits and pieces of it.
I wonder if it will be fine I read an article that the winds may be very bad. for the parade this year.
