Locking up after work

I teach in the music department, which means we have students around from before school until pretty late after school for lessons, ensembles, and such. Usually the last teacher out locks up the building.
Unfortunately the "last teacher out" is out sick today, and there is a concert tomorrow, so we have kids all over practicing in groups (self-motivated). Unfortunately for me, I need to make sure that person's office and storage/practice space is locked after the last group finishes (should be in a few minutes.)
Fortunately for me, this means I can get on myLot and use my computer to write a post. Yay me!
Do you ever play the "unfortunate but fortunate" mind game with yourself, finding something good in something bad? I do it a lot!

One MyLotter here is also a music teacher - Anne Astilla. I think you have met her in the interaction. She finished a course in music.
