After going to the doctor and being told I was dehydrated, I am making an effort to drink my eight eight-ounce glasses of water today. Hopefully I can keep it up, but knowing me, I'll forget again.
Anyway, I've gotten three down so far today, and am going to get my fourth.
Oi. The next eight ounce of water I may very well make hot, as it's chilly today...

Wherever you go, remember to have a bottle of water with you, even if in your house from room to room.

I had been diagnosed the same early this year. Aside from the amount of water, it is advised that I drink often like half a glass every 30 minutes instead of drinking one full glass every hour.

Juices, soups and herbal tea also contribute to your daily fluid intake so you can mix and match to keep hydrating yourself interesting.
