No Black Friday Shopping + Dude

There is nothing I want or need to buy thank goodness. I used to always go out and fight the crowds and traffic for good deals. Not any more.
I will stay home and watch the birds. Hopefully eat some turkey later. We will see. Maybe find an old movie to watch. No plans are good with me.
If you go out, please be careful on the roads. I will be here when you make it back home I am sure. I might join the cats for a nap. They are ahead of me as you can barely see in the photo. The Dude is napping under the cover.

We drove home on Black Friday. Actually the traffic was better than on Preparation Wednesday, but that is another story. The cats are glad to see me, and all is right with my world.

I have bought everything I could wish for in the past, so I don't know what else to get really for this year. A problem, since I have to give some kids some Christmas gifts! How many pets do you have there? I had a kitten a while back, but I was too busy so couldn't keep it. I might have one again perhaps when I am having more time to care for it.

i've ne'er shopped'n this date 'n 've no plans to start now, lol. luckily the ferals eat the same cat food 's the resident coz they'd no food'n their bin. dunno why the hubs waits 'til he's out fer these thingies. i'd plenty 'ndoors though, plus they'd lefto'ers from momma's house to dine 'pon. will need to go'n the morn though, when hopefully the 'madness' 'tis no longer.
