Church Canceled

It's a snowy day in Wisconsin. The weather changed over to all snow around 11 PM last night and has been snowing since. It started with rain early in the day. This will continue until 11 tonight. The meteorologist said we have three on the ground now with another 5 inches expected. As you can see in the above picture, we have snow and it's not due to let up until late tonight.
I won't be going to the pool tomorrow. Even though the storm will be over the roads will be slick.
I sent out a message on FB to a friend who lives close by for a ride in case there was church. I found a message from the pastor saying he was monitoring the storm. Just after 7 AM, I got the message from the friend that church was canceled.
I made breakfast, turned on the television, and watched Jentzen Franklin on Daystar. He had a very good sermon on the spirit of Jezebel and her children.
Just because I can't go to church doesn't mean I'm not going to watch it. For now, my plans are to work the notifications, visit with all of you, and turn on some good uplifting praise music on YouTube. I'll also be working on the Thread of Life.

so glad yer gettin' that snow 's i know such makes ya happy, e'en when ya can't get out'n 'bout. jest cold here, thankfully the high winds left. hopin' fer a good warm'p the next couple 'f days. ya know, 'fore the next front hits here.
i'd planned to rip out stitches from that danged quilt. e'en that didn't go well, so jest walked 'way.

@just4him i worked'n 't some this morn. 'tis most diff'cult with constant interruptions. i've got'n my head how i wish to quilt 't, we'll see if'n i can produce the same results, lol.
yes ma'am, read 'bout that. 'tis a shame they've not such facilities where ya live, eh? i think that'd be ideal - havin' one'f those indoor swimmin' holes 'n gym schtuff right there.

@crazyhorseladycx Yes, it would be ideal. The rent would be a lot higher though. It's only five minutes to the Y from here.

pretty picture. We don't get much snow here. It rained almost all morning. It quit at 7am. I went to the mailbox to get a shirt that I ordered (not the one I ordered on Black Friday). I did go to church. My mother mentioned about going to a Christmas parade, but we decided not to go. I was wanting to finish listening to a book, but didn't finish it until today.

The weather today was nice and temps were mild, but temps are dropping now as we are going to have couple of days with temp during the day low 50s and low in the 30s. Just we could get normal seasons sso our bodies could get use to the temps instead of going back and forth.

It would be inside, not out. I'll watch the beautiful sight. I did forget to mention one of my plans is to watch the Packers and Giants at noon central time. It should be a good game. I don't think New York is impacted by the storm before tomorrow.
