Overthinking Will Destroy Your Mood

Overthinking Will Destroy Your Mood... Breathe and Let Go. A friend sent this to me and it is such a powerful message. At least it is for me anyway. She knows me very well. I often have a tendency to overthink and analyze situations a little too much and too often. I am learning to take more deep breaths and let go. It is easy to tell others to do this, but we have to do the same. What do you think of this quote? Are you one of those lucky ones who just lets things go right past you? I am working on being more like that. Life is too short. Breathe and Let Go!

I’m a dweller and overthinker. I just asked my hubby when I will stop thinking about Doodles constantly. He told me it’s only been three weeks.

I overthink a lot, mostly because I am super anxious and very indecisive. I try not to be, but I think it is just part of my personality at this point.

@CarolDM I have tried and then I start to overthink about not overthinking like I start to question if I even care about what I am doing if I am not overthinking it.

There have been a lot of times, when I've overthought things. There are still times when I overthink things. But I do try not to, because I know it's not good. So, I try to just breathe and relax, when I feel like I'm starting to overthink.

I don't over think, sometimes I don't think at all. I'm working on being more aware.

I've always been an over-thinker. It used to get me in trouble when I was taking tests in school. I'd know the answers, for the most part; BUT I'd start over-analyzing and sometimes I'd change my answer.

Same here but the past few years have really made me pay attention and realize enough is enough. Stop it is what I tell myself now.
