On stage all day!

Tomorrow is our big choir Christmas concert, and next week is my elementary Christmas music program, so I spent all day on stage!
The day started at 7:30 with a high school rehearsal. Then I had two fifth grade bell choirs and singing, kindergarten, first grade, and middle school choir. Half of what we do during this week is logistics: how to get on and off stage, where to sit, where to put instruments and when to pick them up, etc. Next week we can really work hard on how to sound good in elementary practices because they now all know where to sit and stand.
What have you been busy with? I know that before Christmas some people are busy cooking, cleaning and getting ready for guests, buying presents. Not me; I am getting people ready to make beautiful music!

When we were in the brass band, getting on and off stage was always a bit of a trial and required a bit of practice. I hope your concerts go well. I'm sure they will.
