The United States Constitution First Amendment states:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
My question is should all forms of freedom of speech be protected? Please state your arguments.

Well, first we have to know what you consider a form. Do you want to know whether, for example, that freedom should extend to books but not spoken words?
