Working On My Second Cup Of Coffee

Happy Friday Everyone!! being an optimist I'm saying it's party sunny today rather than partly cloudy.
I had a busy morning.
I decided I'm tired of getting into a cold bed at night so I put on the flannel sheets and switched the lightweight comforter for the winter one. While I was at it I figured I might as well vacuum and dust my room. Now it's all done and I'll be able to get into bed tonight with a smile.
My daughter was off early this morning to meet up with her friends to go Christmas shopping. They do this every year and have their traditional "shopping day". I don't know how much actual shopping they do but I know they all look forward to a fun day together.
I got an early morning delivery so I had to lug the big box off the porch. I ordered a new desk chair for my daughter and I thought it wasn't supposed to come until Monday. I wanted it delivered when she would be home so she could get it into the house. It's an early Christmas present so it wasn't a surprise....well the surprise was it came early and I had to lug it into the house 
After taking the pups out and pouring my second cup of coffee I'm ready to sit for awhile.
I think I did a lot this morning (well for me anyway).
Anything fun planned for the weekend??

My usual doctor was not available and I did not like at all the one who cleaned my teeth. My gums hurt, I am furious.

@LadyDuck I can never understand why some can clean teeth without much pain and others cause pain. Hope you're feeling better today and that you get your usual doctor next visit.

Time is flying by so fast that Christmas will be here before we know it. I always find decorating a messy ordeal but once it's done I love having the house all festive.

I am just sipping my second cup of coffee now-at 1:45pm.
I have a load of wash in the dryer and another load to go into the washer, as soon as I get up.
I do have plans for this evening.
The team that I am on at work is meeting at a pub style restaurant tonight. We will do our Secret Santa gifts. It should be fun.

I haven't switched my sheets yet. Maybe this week when temps go way down.
