I recently got an old cellphone from my aunts because they have new smart phones now. And one is also hooked to the internet. Sadly, Like the rest of them I couldn't get this two phone have an open line. Either it's hopeless or I just need to visit another cell phone repair shop that can do the job. Right now I'm using both smart phones because I could use the internet on them.

@hereandthere those things aren't worth much, it's only about 2 pesos per kilogram they are classified as " malutong " or brittle plastic, not much worth anything these days.

Looks like they are still working. Why not look for another repair giy to do the job.

I have no idea. I don't have any sort of cellphone and whenever my friend hands me hers and wants me to look something up while driving, I manage to put it to sleep.

If the old cellphone does not work anymore, you can donate that one to a second hand store.

If you are able to use them keep them otherwise I’d suggest that you recycle them...

I’m sure you can still make use of them using Wifi which would be good enough especially for FB , YT, Messenger, etc.
