I Have Another Problem

I have a problem, as you know, with my internet hanging up and buffering. Everything has been ruled out so far except my computer. AND I tried to get into my documents; and I'm also having a problem with that; so it's not just the internet. NOW, I am unable to access my blog site. I get this message: "This site can’t be reached. xxxxxxxx.com unexpectedly closed the connection." Obviously that's not the name of my blog. The only thing different is that I cleared my caches. Any thoughts? I could just cry. Photo Credit: Pixabay

Maybe the internet is too busy today with others. Try later. Sorry.

I would say run defrag. That is not always the fix but couldn't hurt. The other option that comes to mind is to set your computer back to a recent date where it was working properly? You will lose any document in between the dates, but may be worth it to be running again.

@kareng My old one is now running like a champ; so I know it's not a virus or something like that. Wish it would have done this before I ordered a new computer. Well, such is life.

That's one thing I didn't do was run a defrag. Resetting it probably wouldn't help the buffering problem. I'm getting a new computer; so we'll see what happens after I get it. It better run like a top!

Maybe run a virus scan. Or a restart if you havent done that.

@LindaOHio I was hoping one of those had slipped your mind and would help. Have you run the defrag thingy? That sometimes helps too.

Both have been done. It seems to be a major computer problem.

You might need to check your wifi adapter. That's always been a problem with my desktop setup.

I wouldn't know how to do that. I am also having problems getting into my documents; so it's not just the internet problem.
