Loaded Baked Potato for Dinner

Decided on a loaded baked potato for dinner. I like butter, cheese, sour cream, and bacon.
It sure gets dark early when the skies are overcast. 4:30 and it is dark already.
Oh well, another day almost over. Have a good evening everyone.
And I hope next week is good for you too. Any plans?

Now there's something I haven't eaten in years! I used to love eating loaded baked potatoes. I don't even know why I don't eat them anymore. Now I want one! I hope you enjoyed yours!
I am hoping this is going to be a slow, quiet week at work. I know we have our big department holiday party on Wednesday, so I've got that to look forward to. I'm also going camping with my son this weekend, so I've also got that to look forward to.

Yum! I had a baked potato with dinner the other day. Spinach, tzaziki and pepper.
