1965 - A Charlie Brown Christmas debuts on CBS.
1916 - Kirk Douglas turns 103 today. He is a retired actor, producer, director and author and is father to Michael Douglas. He has appeared in more than 90 movies and is one of the last surviving stars of the Golden Age of film making. Some of his movies: Lust For Life, Spartacus, Lonely Are The Brave and Seven Days In May.
1941 - Beau Bridges was born. He is an American actor and director and son of Lloyd Bridges...his brother is Jeff Bridges. Beau has appeared on television and in movies and has received 14 Emmy nominations with 3 wins. Some of his movies: Norma Rae, Heart Like A Wheel, The Fabulous Baker Boys and Max Payne.

@LindaOHio Peanuts is OK. I have always liked that cartoon , but not my favorite tho.

Might I add that my oldest son's oldest daughter, Lilyan turned 9 the day before
