Yesterday I was making many personal decisions, including going to the bank because one of my cards has 3 days that does not work due to chip problems, the public service girl told me that I had to make the request for a new card via the Internet, then On the bank's page he tells me that there are no cards in my state or anywhere else ¨Im impossible to believe but in my country there is no plastic to print new cards !! It bothers me a lot but I can stand it! Has this happened to you friend in your country?

Maybe there is misinformation on the part of the public service girl. So what would happen now if that is true that there is no plastic for the new card in your state?

@Aleskys so it means the card is temporarily not available. But did they say for how long you have to wait?
