I need to call my brother...

...and see what my nephews want for Christmas. My two older nephews generally want gift cards so that they can get what they want, but my youngest nephew is still where he wants something to unwrap, so I'm guessing my call will mostly be to see what he wants. I don't know what plans are for this Christmas. Last year I spent Christmas Eve (and the night) at my brother's apartment, but now he's in a new house that is a "fixer upper"--I haven't seen it yet, so I don't know what he'd like to do I miss the days when my parents were in charge of things and they knew everything that was going on.

I miss those days of Christmas past, too... all sorts of relatives crammed into the house, all dressed up and enjoying each other's company.

My daughter and I went to the store to pick up my gifts for her boys when they were here for Thanksgiving. They went home with her to be wrapped for Christmas and put under the tree. That way I didn't have to pay for postage.
