Leftover Roast for Dinner

The roast is underneath the gravy and the potatoes and veggies.

@CarolDM Many of my meals taste better than they look. I've been craving a soupy pot roast for days. The weather calls for it.

It was better than it looks. It was great. Roast underneath the gravy, red potatoes, and veggies.

@TheHorse I always wait until it gets cool to start up the crock pot. Lately we have had 60s but next week it will be cold again.

@CarolDM oh, ya don't how much i'd love to! ya make such out'ta hash browns. grate yer taters, a lil salt/pepper, egg white 'n butter. press 'nto large muffin tins 'n bake fer 'bout 15-20 minutes 't 475. while that's makin' the 'basket' ('r nest), ya saute whate'er veggies, meats ya wish. take some 'f the latter'n put'n yer 'basket', top with some grated cheese, put back'n the oven 'til cheese melts. then, ya can break'n egg o'er the top 'n bake 'til cooked how ya like 'em. makes a cute presentation. he didn't think so, lol.

Yes it was so good. We are having weather alerts already for thunderstorms. Tornadoes just south of us. Thank you. My cousin is south of me, keep her in your prayers too if you would. She is blind and gets a little worried.
