Thursday and Friday (12th & 13th December) were my busiest fullest days at work yet and I seemed on course for a full week of employment but on Saturday 14th December the work ran out again and I finished two hours early.
I spent the weekend writing and completing my Christmas shopping.
Today, Monday 16th December I went to the barbers, got some food in for my last week of work (Tuesday to Saturday) and relaxed.
Though cold, it was dry today and there was not a cloud in the sky, except when I came out of one shop into a mini-blizzard that seemed to affect just one street. The mystery was solved when someone pointed out that they had a snow making machine giving the street a Christmas card look. It fooled me. Sadly I wasn't in Narnia.

Are they still messing you around with the hours?
I sent my son´s card three days ago and its already there in Liverpool could not believe it would be so quick and yet the cards I posted locally here took more than a week to get to the said place.
So hooray for the British Post and Posties who delivered that card on a late Saturday morning.
I don´t much care for artificial snow really never mind.

I'm glad things have been busier for you at work. That's funny about the mini-blizzard. Have a great day.
