Beautiful Beech

On my way back to the house after taking frosty photos of the meadow and one of my frost coated laurel I noticed that our beech hedge which, at the time I took the photo, hadn't yet shed its leaves. They were still yellow and the frost which had settled on them just looked so beautiful.

It's native to the UK and apparently has its origins traced back to Wales.
