Lately I am losing patience with a neighbor, as I have already said here in our country there are light rations of 8 hours leaves at 8 at night and returns at 4 am, when it is very hot it is almost always prefer to sleep outside in a hammock, the neighbor next door a distance from where I sleep where he is is 4 meters extremely close that separates a wall of blocks and every z that goes the light comes out drag a metal bed lies down and begins to listen to music that because of the silence of the dark, the music is heard very, very loudly and that is every night and I have already told it in a good way that it lowers volume and I am nothing that I denounce what would you do?

if you are loosing sleep anyway, why not choose something you like and play loudly for a few nights and get on their nerves till they give in to getting ear phones for theirs or keeping it way down.

That is also the doing of some neighbors here although not in the ungodly hours. They sing the karaoke so loud that really disturbs our peace.

Does the person turn it down for a little bit and then back up again? Does anyone else hear and complain about that person? I have someone above me that does what he wants whenever he wants. I am the only one that hears him and when someone talks to him he charms them and they say he is a nice guy. He is not at all. He is a bully jerk.

Such neighbors can be awful. They lack social etiquette. They should be sensible to others too in the neighborhood.

Try ear plugs. Let him or her enjoy their night too. If the place is safe and you are not worried of being ambushed why not use ear plugs and get rid of all the noise al together.
