Christmas card announcement

So I told everyone here I am unable to send cards this year. It's not that I don't love you all it's just that I can no longer walk out to the box and others here seem to not care so much to bring in the mail until it gets over packed.
I always loved mail but I feel guilty when I don't send back too.

I thank the ones that have already sent anyway. My address has changed though and one has been forwarded from Valerie and I got one straight on from Courtney Just letting you know.

Its a beautiful tree.
As for me I never give to get, I think that is how everyone feels about getting cards and gifts.

NIce tree. We only sent a couple cards out one to one of my friends and one to my mom other than that I don’t send any out.

I used to send tons every year to everyone I knew but now I don't have the means to do it. and it makes me feel guilty

I do not get many Xmas cards, and I don't send any out. We've gotten a few from other parts of the family.
I think that the thought is what counts, and your little message to us all here is just as lovely. I especially love that tree. My mom loved her white Christmas tree. She decorated it with blue lights.

yes thank you. Daughter picked this tree out 5 yrs ago in AZ and has always decorated with the blue ornaments . It has the lights also built in.

@ScribbledAdNauseum no it kind of pops open I think. I am not sure. forgot. Will ask someone later. I've had all kinds. Saves so much money when you can use it over and over at the time we need to have the money

@bunnybon7 Having the lights built in makes it much simpler. Is it one of those that you plug the plugs in to each other with each section of the tree?

Try not to feel guilty, people who love you would much rather you be safe at home rather than struggling to get to them posted. Your tree is beautiful as well by the way :-)

There is only one person I know personally who is still fond of sending greeting cards and that is my Aunt. I really feel so excited every time she sends one. I am sure I'll get to receive one this holidays.
Sad though that most people this days don't appreciate snail mails or greeting cards on post mails.
