Two Bullets Inside a Cat ! Are you Serious!

I read disturbing news today afternoon. The veterinary doctor found in x-ray there are two bullets confirmed in the cat's body.
There was a complain lodge that neighbor shoot this cat. Can you imagine shooting a cat twice? Where are people hading these days? I refrain from posting the picture here.
Do you think the shooter is sick?

That is horrible! Yes I think that the shooter must be sick! What a horrible thing to do to an innocent creature.

You are correct. You can't shoot a cat in your normal state of mind.
