Baking...

For some reason, the last time I tried to post it didn't work, so...
This morning I got a "bee in my bonnet" to bake muffins for tonight at Bible study, and decided to quadruple the recipe.
Well, when I went to get out the ingredients, I didn't have enough milk or eggs for even one batch, so I walked to the store, got what I needed, and headed home.
The recipe I tried to quadruple turned out to be about three and a half batches, and the third batch got a little extra toasty (thought thankfully not burnt). I just need to find a container or two to take them in tonight.
